制备了Pd/C和Raney Ni催化剂,其结构和性能经XRD, BET和SEM表征.并以呋喃加氢制备四氢呋喃为探针反应,对两种催化剂的催化活性进行了比较,探讨了反应温度、反应压力和催化剂用量对转化率和选择性的影响,结果表明:Raney Ni的催化活性优于Pd/C.

Pd/C and Raney Ni catalysts were prepared. The structures and performances were characterized by XRD, BET and SEM. The catalytic activity of Pd/C and Raney Ni catalysts were compared by the reaction of hydrogenation of furan to tetrahydrofuran. The effects of reaction temperature, hydrogen pressure and amount of catalyst on conversion and selectivity were investigated. The results showed that the catalytic activity of Raney Ni was better than that of Pd/C.
