给出了Markov链中某状态集的生存时间和死亡时间的分布(均是混合指数分布),以及其分布的各阶导数与转移速率之间的约束关系.利用它们证明了:对于星形分枝Markov链离子通道,其全部转移速率能够通过中心状态及其相邻状态的生存时间和死亡时间的分布唯一确定,给出了相应的算法,并例证该算法的正确性和有效性.

The mixed exponential di8tributions of the lifetime and death-time for a certain state set of Markov chain are given, and the constrained equations between the differential coefficients of distribution and transition rates are provided. Based on these constrained equations, it is derived that all transition rates can be uniquely determined by the distributions of the lifetime and death-time at the central state O and the neighboring 8tates for the Markov ion channels of star-graph branch type. As a result, algorithm to exactly calculate all transition rates is developed. Numerical example is included to show the validity of the algorithm in the paper.
