对于油井上试层位的压裂改造,长庆油田采用双K344-115型压差式封隔器进行作业,压裂结束后,起出压裂钻具,再下分求钻具对压裂层位进行求产,这样就需要起下2次管柱,不但增加作业成本、加大了员工劳动强度,同时会造成储层污染,并且存在井控安全风险.因此提出:在原压裂管柱基础上进行改进,采用Y221机械封隔器代替K344-115型压差式封隔器作为下封隔器,用节流喷砂器代替原导压喷砂器,并采取足够的尾管作为抽汲时的沉砂口袋,实现一趟钻具完成压裂和分层求产,该技术通过在X62井现场试验,获得成功.

For upper testing layer's fracturing stimulation ofoil well, dual-K344-115-type differential pressure packer is previously applied in Changqing Oil Field. In this operation, fracturing pipe string is tripped out after fracturing, then separate zone production pipe string is stripped down, this needs to assume pipe string two times. It not only increases operating costs and employee labor intensity, but also results in reservoir pollution and well control safety risks. In this paper, the improvement recommendation is proposed based on the above operation procedure: Y221-type mechanical packer replaces K344-115-type differential pressure packer as the lower packer, throttle sand blaster replaces original pressure sand blaster, and enough liner are applied as sand settling pocket, thus fracturing and separate layer production can be completed in single trip. The technology has been conducted field test in the X62 well successfully.
