主要研究单相Mg_(17)Al_(12)在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为.采用气体保护炉按原子比Mg:Al=17:12制备Mg_(17)Al_(12)单相合金,利用XRD检测铸态合金的成分.通过极化曲线测试得知单相Mg_(17)Al_(12)的自腐蚀电位为-1 028 mV.浸蚀实验结果表明,单相Mg_(17)Al_(12)具有较好的耐蚀性,氢致开裂对其在溶液中裂纹的形成起主导作用.

The single phase Mg_(17)Al_(12) alloy with atomic ratio Mg:Al=17:12 was developed under a protective atmosphere of SF_6+Ar mixed gas by casting technology,and the corrosion behavior of the cast alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated.The results show that the XRD pattern of the cast alloy is completely in accordance with the standard pattern of the Mg_(17)Al_(12).The polarization measurement result show that the corrosion potential of the Mg_(17)Al_(12) is about-1 028 mV.The Mg_(17)Al_(12) has an excellent corrosion resistance and hydrogen induced cracking playes a dominant role in the crack forming process.
