目的 探讨颈动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平与脑梗死的相关性.方法 选择120例急性脑梗死患者作为研究组,选择同期门诊体检的120例健康者作为对照组,分别测定两组Lp(a)水平,同时做颈部血管彩超检查以观察有无斑块形成及斑块的回声特征,进行比较观察.结果 研究组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的发生率、不稳定斑块发生率分别为70.8%、51.7%,明显高于对照组的25.8%、6.7%(x2=5.12、6.43,均P<0.05).研究组Lp(a)水平为(273.6±221.7)mg/L,明显高于对照组的(81.6±64.9) mg/L(t =6.53,P<0.05).结论 Lp(a)水平增高是脑梗死发生的独立危险因素,而颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定是脑梗死发生的重要病因.
目的 探討頸動脈粥樣硬化不穩定斑、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平與腦梗死的相關性.方法 選擇120例急性腦梗死患者作為研究組,選擇同期門診體檢的120例健康者作為對照組,分彆測定兩組Lp(a)水平,同時做頸部血管綵超檢查以觀察有無斑塊形成及斑塊的迴聲特徵,進行比較觀察.結果 研究組頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊的髮生率、不穩定斑塊髮生率分彆為70.8%、51.7%,明顯高于對照組的25.8%、6.7%(x2=5.12、6.43,均P<0.05).研究組Lp(a)水平為(273.6±221.7)mg/L,明顯高于對照組的(81.6±64.9) mg/L(t =6.53,P<0.05).結論 Lp(a)水平增高是腦梗死髮生的獨立危險因素,而頸動脈粥樣硬化斑塊的不穩定是腦梗死髮生的重要病因.
목적 탐토경동맥죽양경화불은정반、지단백(a)[Lp(a)]수평여뇌경사적상관성.방법 선택120례급성뇌경사환자작위연구조,선택동기문진체검적120례건강자작위대조조,분별측정량조Lp(a)수평,동시주경부혈관채초검사이관찰유무반괴형성급반괴적회성특정,진행비교관찰.결과 연구조경동맥죽양경화반괴적발생솔、불은정반괴발생솔분별위70.8%、51.7%,명현고우대조조적25.8%、6.7%(x2=5.12、6.43,균P<0.05).연구조Lp(a)수평위(273.6±221.7)mg/L,명현고우대조조적(81.6±64.9) mg/L(t =6.53,P<0.05).결론 Lp(a)수평증고시뇌경사발생적독립위험인소,이경동맥죽양경화반괴적불은정시뇌경사발생적중요병인.
Objective To explore the correlation between the carotid atherosclerosis unstable plaque lipoprotein(a) [ Lp(a)]levels with acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research group,and at the same period,120 health cases were selected as the control group.The level of Lp(a) of the two groups was tested,and neck vascular color dopplar ultrasound examination was conducted.Results The incidence of atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery and unstable plaques was 70.8%,51.7%,respectively,and significantly higher than that of the control group(25.8%,6- 7% ) ( x2 =5.12,6.43,all P <0.05 ).The Lp(a) level of the research group[ (273.6 ± 221.7 )ag/L] was significantly higher than that of the control group[ ( 81.6 ± 64.9) mg/L ] ( t =6.53,P < 0.05 ).Conclusion High level of LP(a) is the independent risk factor of cerebral infarction.The instability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques is the important cause of cerebral infarction.
