为使福建省潘洛铁矿资源得到合理、更有效的利用,对现生产的铁精矿采用细磨、磁选、反浮选工艺深加工生产超级铁精矿粉的研究,结果获得超级铁精矿粉产率51.86%,含铁71.24%、二氧化硅0.34%。将该产品制成器件,经磁性能测试结果为:Br=399.5mT、Hcb=235.1kA/m、Hcj=248kA/m、(BH)max=299.8kJ/m3。结果表明,利用潘洛铁矿资源可生产出供应磁材行业的原料。

In order to rationally and more efficiently utilize the resourceof Panluo Iron Mine,investigation on producing super iron concentrate powder with its iron conc entrate by a deep processing technology of fine-grinding,magnetic separation an d reverse flotation was made.As a result,a super iron concentrate powder was obt ained which had a weight percent of 51.86%,an iron content of 71.24% and a silic a content of 0.34%.The magnetic performance test on this product-made parts of appliance had results of Br=399.5 mT,Hcb=235.1 kA/m,Hcj=248 kA/m and (BH)max=299.8 kJ/m3.The results hav e shown that using the resource of Panluo Iron Mine can produce the raw material for the magnetic material industry.
