The G206 buttons of high-pressure drilling rigs are fragile when drilling hard rock.In view of the above problem,a G206H button is developed by adjusting the WC formula in raw material and improving the production process.The new button is of excellent wearability and bend strength,and no fragments were found in the field rock drilling test.
