Intuitionistic fuzzy sets was firstly introduced.And then on the basis of analyzing and creating the index system of double frequency electric machinery of a certain new weapon system,Delphi was used to distribute weight vectors,and intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was put forward.The practical model shows that the model is effective and feasible.It also provides a reference for the fault evaluation of other weapon equipment.
