快速准确获得回弹量是实现冲压件回弹控制的关键因素.针对冲压件的回弹检测,提出了基于Geomagic Qualify的检测方法.利用Geomagic Qualify的强大比较分析功能,对冲压件的点云数据和CAD模型进行3D比较、2D比较和边界比较,分别检测了冲压件的整体、重要截面以及边界的回弹情况,并将检测的结果以图文方式直观显示出来.该研究为冲压件的回弹检测提供了方便、快捷的方法.
快速準確穫得迴彈量是實現遲壓件迴彈控製的關鍵因素.針對遲壓件的迴彈檢測,提齣瞭基于Geomagic Qualify的檢測方法.利用Geomagic Qualify的彊大比較分析功能,對遲壓件的點雲數據和CAD模型進行3D比較、2D比較和邊界比較,分彆檢測瞭遲壓件的整體、重要截麵以及邊界的迴彈情況,併將檢測的結果以圖文方式直觀顯示齣來.該研究為遲壓件的迴彈檢測提供瞭方便、快捷的方法.

To acquire springback qaickly and accurately is a key factor to realize the spring, back control for punching parte. A new method based on Geomagic Qualify is introduced for springback inspection of punching part. Considering the powerful functions of comparison and analysis of Geomagic Qualify, the springback of the whole parts, important sections and boundaries could be inspected respectively by 3D comparison, 2D comparison and boundary compare acted on point cloud and CAD model. Furthermore, the results of inspection could be shown in visualization. This re-search provides a convenient and swift method for springback inspection of punching part.
