为了明确植物生长调节剂对马铃薯产量的调控效应,在大田栽培条件下,以马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)荷兰212为材料,以叶喷方式施用不同植物生长调节剂,通过比较匍匐茎还原糖、淀粉、蛋白质及硝态氮含量的变化,研究了植物生长调节剂对马铃薯匍匐茎生理代谢的影响。结果表明2:-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)可以极显著降低匍匐茎内还原糖的含量并能极显著的提高可溶性蛋白质的含量,而SOD模拟物(SODM)和烯效唑(S3307)能够降低生育期内匍匐茎的还原糖含量,并能极显著提高播种后80~100 d时可溶性蛋白质含量,叶DTA-6及S3307可显著提高马铃薯产量。
為瞭明確植物生長調節劑對馬鈴藷產量的調控效應,在大田栽培條件下,以馬鈴藷(Solanum tuberosum L.)荷蘭212為材料,以葉噴方式施用不同植物生長調節劑,通過比較匍匐莖還原糖、澱粉、蛋白質及硝態氮含量的變化,研究瞭植物生長調節劑對馬鈴藷匍匐莖生理代謝的影響。結果錶明2:-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己痠酯(DTA-6)可以極顯著降低匍匐莖內還原糖的含量併能極顯著的提高可溶性蛋白質的含量,而SOD模擬物(SODM)和烯效唑(S3307)能夠降低生育期內匍匐莖的還原糖含量,併能極顯著提高播種後80~100 d時可溶性蛋白質含量,葉DTA-6及S3307可顯著提高馬鈴藷產量。

A potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)cultivar,'Holand-212' by leaf-spraying Diethyl-aminoethyl hexanoate(DTA-6),Uniconazole(S3307) and SOD simulation material(SODM) were employed to compare differences of the content of NO3——N,reduced sugar,starch and soluble protein in potato stolons and yield of potato in a field experiment in this study.The results show that,with the way by leaf-spraying DTA-6 can special significantly reduce the content of reduced sugar and can increase the soluble protein's content special significantly,with SODM and S3307,all they can reduce the content of reduced sugar and can increase the content of soluble protein during 80~100 d after seeding,special significantly.And with the yield of potato,DTA-6 with leaf-spraying can significantly increase,what's more,S3307 had a very great effect of improving the tuber's quality of potato.
