对大型超超临界机组锅炉螺旋水冷壁常见安装问题进行了统计分析,制定了螺旋水冷壁安装防偏移的有效管理措施,主要从地面组合、组合件安装、检查验收等方面进行过程控制,并提出了水冷壁现场组合和安装方面防偏斜的技术措施,成功地预防了锅炉燃烧室的安装偏斜,保证了锅炉螺旋水冷壁的安装质量。
