目的 探讨乳腺癌中脾酪氨酸激酶(Syk)蛋白表达对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C、VEGF-D表达的影响及对淋巴管生成的影响.方法 随机选取30例无淋巴结转移、30例有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织及10例乳腺腺病组织标本,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测Syk、VEGF-C、VEGF-D的表达,并检测计数淋巴管密度(LVD).结果 Syk在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率明显低于乳腺腺病组织(P<0.01),VEGF-C和VEGF-D在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于乳腺腺病组织(P<0.01),Sky阳性表达与VEGF-C和VEGF-D的阳性表达呈负相关(rs=-0.352,rs=-0.355;P<0.01),与LVD水平呈负相关(rs=-0.297,P<0.05).结论 Syk阳性表达与VEGF-C、VEGF-D阳性表达、D2-40标记的LVD水平呈负相关,提示乳腺癌中Syk的下调可能使VEGF-C、VEGF-D的表达增高,从而使淋巴管的生成增多,导致淋巴结转移.

목적 탐토유선암중비락안산격매(Syk)단백표체대혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)-C、VEGF-D표체적영향급대림파관생성적영향.방법 수궤선취30례무림파결전이、30례유림파결전이적유선암조직급10례유선선병조직표본,채용면역조직화학염색법검측Syk、VEGF-C、VEGF-D적표체,병검측계수림파관밀도(LVD).결과 Syk재유선암중적양성표체솔명현저우유선선병조직(P<0.01),VEGF-C화VEGF-D재유선암중적양성표체솔명현고우유선선병조직(P<0.01),Sky양성표체여VEGF-C화VEGF-D적양성표체정부상관(rs=-0.352,rs=-0.355;P<0.01),여LVD수평정부상관(rs=-0.297,P<0.05).결론 Syk양성표체여VEGF-C、VEGF-D양성표체、D2-40표기적LVD수평정부상관,제시유선암중Syk적하조가능사VEGF-C、VEGF-D적표체증고,종이사림파관적생성증다,도치림파결전이.
Objective To explore the effect of the expression of spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) -C and VEGF-D in the family of vascular endothelial growth factor and the effect of lymphangiogenesis in breast cancer. Methods 30 patients with and axillary lymph-nodemetastases (ALNM) in breast cancer, 30 patients without ALNM in breast cancer and 10 patients of adenosis were respectively selected. Syk, VEGF-C, VEGF-D protein expressions were detected by immu-nohistochemistry and the number of lymphatic vessel density, lymphatic vessel density (LVD) was detected. Results The positive expression of Syk in breast cancer is obviously lower than in adensis tussues (P <0.01) , the positive expressions of VEGF-C and VEGF-D in breast cancer are obviously higher than in adensis tussues (P < 0.01) , the positive expression of Syk is negative correlation with the positive expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D (rs = - 0.352, rs = - 0.355; P < 0.01) , and negative correlation with the lever of LVD (rs = - 0.297, P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of Syk is negative correlation with the positive expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D and the lever of LVD stained with D2-40, which indecates the decreasion of Syk may increase the expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D, so increase the lymphangiogenesis, and lead to lymphnodemetastase.
