通过室内试验研究,揭示活性粉末混凝土坍落度和抗压强度的影响因素。结果表明,同普通混凝土一样,水胶比仍然是影响活性粉末混凝土坍落度和抗压强度的主要影响。但是,水胶比的较小变化,却对活性粉末混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度造成较大影响。并且,水泥品种、砂胶比、钢纤维掺量、养护条件等因素对活性粉末混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度的影响程度与普通混凝土也存在差异。

통과실내시험연구,게시활성분말혼응토담락도화항압강도적영향인소。결과표명,동보통혼응토일양,수효비잉연시영향활성분말혼응토담락도화항압강도적주요영향。단시,수효비적교소변화,각대활성분말혼응토적담락도화항압강도조성교대영향。병차,수니품충、사효비、강섬유참량、양호조건등인소대활성분말혼응토적담락도화항압강도적영향정도여보통혼응토야존재차이。
Through indoor experiments,this paper reveals factors to slump and compressive strength of reactive powder concrete(RPC).The result shows that as the same as ordinary concrete,water-cement ratio is the key factor to slump and compressive strength of RPC.However,minor changes of water-cement ratio would affect the slump and compressive strength greatly.Besides that,the influence degrees of other factors such as cement brand,sand-cement ratio,steel fiber amount,curing condition and so on are different between ordinary concrete and RPC.
