稻瘟病菌毒素对水稻愈伤组织的防御酶系(PAL、S0D、PO)具有-定的诱导作用。毒素处理后,不同抗性品种的PAL
酶活性增加,均在4h达到最大值;抗病品种SOD酶活性8h达高峰,而感病品种SOD酶活性4h达高峰,之后均下降低于对照
水平;抗病品种PO酶活性上升,8h达高峰,而感病品种PO酶活性下降。
稻瘟病菌毒素對水稻愈傷組織的防禦酶繫(PAL、S0D、PO)具有-定的誘導作用。毒素處理後,不同抗性品種的PAL

Toxin of P. grisea had an inductive function on defensive enzymes in the calli of rlce. After treatment with toxin, the
PAL activity of different resistant cultivars(cv. ) rose evidently and to a peak after 4h; the SOD activity of resistant(R) cv. reached
the maximum after 8h and that of susoeptible(S) cv. did so after 4h; the PO activity of R cv. inereased to peak after 8h, that of S
cv. decreased.
