以钢绳疲劳实验研究成果为依据,分析现行ISO及国内外钢绳标准的核心及其存在的问题. 建议以钢绳疲劳指标替代现行标准核心内容——准静态力学指标,建立钢绳质量标准与其工程应用标准之间的内在联系,并寻求提高钢绳质量的可行途径.

Core content of and existing problems in the standards of ISO for wire rope both at home and abroad have been analyzed,based on the experiment data of wire rope fatigue. In order to effectively improve the quality of wire rope made in China,the authors propose to replace quasi-static mechanics criterion, the core content of present standards, with the criterion of wire rope fatigue,so as to establish the internal relationship between the quality standards of wire rope and its engineering application,and explore possible paths to improve the quality of wire rope fatigue.
