基于excite designer,对某一直列六缸机曲轴轴系进行扭振计算和分析。基于时域和频域,进行扭转角位移分析,扭矩和剪应力分析。曲轴自由端的最大振幅0.5356deg,最大综合剪应力57.3MPa。轴系扭振情况较为严重,需要考虑改进减振措施。

Based on excite designer, calculation of crankshaft train torsion vibration for a 6 in -line engine is proceeded. Torsion angular displacement, torque and shear stress are analyzed based on time and frequency domain and. The maximum amplitude of crankshaft free end is 0.5356 degree and the maximum synthesized shear stress is 57.3MPa. The situation of crankshaft train torsion vibration is much strong, so it is necessary to improve methods to reduce torsion vibration.
