建立了用ICP—AES测定土壤中硼的分析方法,并对各种最佳分析条件进行探讨。在最佳条件下,用该方法对国家一级标准物质中的痕量硼进行了测定,结果与标准值相符。本法的检出限为0.09mg/kg,精密度为2.30%~4.55%(RSD,n=10),加标回收率为95.0%-103.3%。本方法快速简便,能满足科研及生产中硼的测量要求,尤其适合大批量土壤样品的检测。

A method for the determination of boron in soil by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric( ICP -AES) was proposed, and the suitable measurement conditions were optimized by the experiments. Under the optimized conditions, the method had been successfully applied to the determination of boron in a series of national reference materials and the results were in good agreement with the certified values. The detection limit of boron was 0.09mg/kg, and the recovery was 95.0% 103.3% with precision of 2.30%-4.55% (RSD,n = 10). The results showed that the method was simple, rapid, suitable for determination of boron in soil.
