通过对大量监测数据进行统计分析,获得异烟酸-吡唑啉酮光度法(HJ484—2009)测定水中氰化物质量控制评定指标。研究表明:样品浓度在0.05~0.3mg/L范围内时,建议控制室内相对标准偏差≤3%,室间相对标准偏差≤10%;样品浓度小于等于0.05mg/L时,建议控制相对偏差≤10%;样品浓度大于0.05mg/L时,建议控制相对偏差≤5%;在0.05—0.3mg/L浓度范围内,重复性在0.002-0.014mg/L之间,再现性在0.008—0.614mg/L之间;在0.04-0.50mg/L浓度范围内,建议控制相对误差在±20%范国内;加标回收率范围为90%-110%。

Based on statistics and analysis of a lot of data, quality control index for determination of cyanide in surface water by Isonicotinic acid-pyrazolone spectrophotometric method (HJ484 -2009) was obtained. The study showed that when the sample concentration was from 0. 05 to 0. 3mg/L, it was suggested to control the in lab relative standard deviation ≤3% and the inter-lab relative standard deviation,≤ 10% ; when concentration was lower than 0. 05mg/L, controlling the relative deviation 10% ; when concentration was higher than 0. 05mg/L, controlling the relative deviations〈5% ; in the range of 0. 05 -0. 3mg/L, the repeatability and reproducibility were in the range of 0. 002- 0. 014 mg/L and 0. 008 - 0. 614mg/L respectively; in the range of 0, 04 -0. 50 mg/L, controlling the relative error within ±20% ; the spiking recoveries were from 90% to 110%.
