目的 研制快速、简单、方便的细胞芯片制备仪,并验证其功能.方法 制备仪由相互配合的阵列管固定板和内芯固定板组成,在阵列管固定板上按行列方式设有多根带微孔的阵列管,在内芯固定板上设有多根与阵列管固定板上各阵列管对位配合的阵列管内芯.工作中通过阵列管及内芯间形成的空腔结构,将细胞样本通过琼脂糖包埋于空腔内,使之在带微孔的阵列管空间进行脱水、透明、浸蜡等处理,进而制成细胞芯片石蜡包埋块,再经过切片、染色后即可完成细胞芯片的制备.结果 细胞芯片制备仪能够迅速制备出27种细胞的细胞芯片,肉眼观点阵完整,分布均一,经HE切片及免疫组化染色证实,染色效果良好,结果可靠.结论 细胞芯片制备仪构造简单,操作方便,能够迅速成型制备出多种不同细胞类型的细胞芯片,适用于推广使用.

목적 연제쾌속、간단、방편적세포심편제비의,병험증기공능.방법 제비의유상호배합적진렬관고정판화내심고정판조성,재진렬관고정판상안행렬방식설유다근대미공적진렬관,재내심고정판상설유다근여진렬관고정판상각진렬관대위배합적진렬관내심.공작중통과진렬관급내심간형성적공강결구,장세포양본통과경지당포매우공강내,사지재대미공적진렬관공간진행탈수、투명、침사등처리,진이제성세포심편석사포매괴,재경과절편、염색후즉가완성세포심편적제비.결과 세포심편제비의능구신속제비출27충세포적세포심편,육안관점진완정,분포균일,경HE절편급면역조화염색증실,염색효과량호,결과가고.결론 세포심편제비의구조간단,조작방편,능구신속성형제비출다충불동세포류형적세포심편,괄용우추엄사용.
Aim To develop the cell microarray of fast, simple and convenient and verify its function. Methods Preparation of instrument by the interaction of the array of tubes fixed plate and fixed plate inner core composed of a fixed plate in the array of tubes comprises a number of ways according to the ranks of the root zone of the array of micro-tubes, including the core fixed-board which comprises a number of roots and an array of fixed-board array of tubes of various array of alignment with the core tube. Work through the array of tubes and the cavity formed between the inner core structure of the cell sample by agarose embedded in the cavity so that the array of tubes with a pore space dehydration, transparent, dipped wax treatment, resulting in the manufacture cell microarray paraffin-embedded blocks, and then after the sectioned and stained immediately, completion of cell microarray. Results Cell chips from 27 kinds of cells can be quickly prepared by this cell chips instrument, the cell chip array is complete and uniform distribution, the cell microarray by HE sections and immunohistochemical staining confirmed that the staining result is good and reliable. Conclusion The cell chip instrument possesed simply structure, easy operation, can be prepared quickly and is suit to use and promote.
