运用产品生命周期评价方法研究利用攀枝花地区钒钛磁铁矿生产钛白粉的环境负荷.结果表明,硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺比氯化法消耗更多的原辅料(主要是新水),并产生更多的"三废"和副产品(特别是废水).硫酸法排放的废渣经处理后可实现资源综合利用或无害化处置.氯化法排放的废渣的毒性和对环境的危害程度比硫酸法废渣大,尚无好的处置方式.

The influences of titanium white production process with V-Ti magnetite from Panzhihua by sulfuric acid process and chlorination process are investigated by Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) models. The results show that sulfuric acid process of titanium dioxide production process consumes more the raw materials (mainly fresh water), and produces more pollution and the by-products, especially wastewater than that chlorination process. The emissions from sulfuric acid process waste residue can be treated to achieve comprehensive utilization of resources or rendering harmless disposal. The toxic emissions and environmental damage from the residue of chlorination process is more harmful than sulfuric acid residue, and now there is no good ways to dispose.
