Indica rice%Quality%Grey correlation degree analysis
根据农业行业标准NY147-88<米质测定方法>,对福建省选育和引进的10个籼稻品种的碾米品质、外观品质、蒸煮品质、营养品质进行测定.采用灰色关联度分析法对10种引种籼稻的品质进行综合评估.试验结果表明,A.B.T.6关联度最大,综合品质最好,Iari-10697、光农1号、IR28、龙紫2号的综合品质较好,其余品种综合品质较差.

According to the agricultural industry standards NY147-88 "Determination Method of Rice Quality",the milling quality,appearance quality,cooking quality and nutritional quality of 10 different varieties of indica rice bred and introduced in Fujian Province were determined.The grey correlation degree analysis was used to make a comprehensive assessment on the quality of 10 kinds of indica rice.The test results showed that the correlation degree of A.B.T.6 was the greatest and its comprehensive quality was the best.The comprehensive quality of Iari-10697,Guangnong 1,IR28,Longzi 2 were better,and the others were poor.
