In the teaching process, question bank construction is the important work of the students＇ learning and feedback .The Item response theory can overcome the shortage of the classical test theory by establishing a nonlinear curve model between the testee and his potential characteristics, transferring the corresponded questions, can assess the ability level of the testee more accuratly.
