在认清ZTY265整体式燃气压缩机排气原始噪声特性与控制目标的基础上,设计了针对消声量、响度和低频噪声控制的阻抗复合新型消声器。经工程试验和分析,新型消声器技术性能比原消声器全面提高,达到了控制目标,已在增压生产现场推广应用。

On the basis of recognizing the characteristic and control goal of original exhaust noise for integral gas-driven compressor, a new silencer has been designed in order to control noise elimination, loudness and low-frequency noise of exhaust noise. By project test and analysis, the capability of new silencer has been generalness advanced than the old silencer. Because the corresponding control goal is achieved, the new silencers have been spreader applied in the charging production field.
