骨性关节炎(OA)是一种以软骨降解为特征的慢性疾病,随着OA的产生,体内的体液代谢环境也有所改变,而这种改变无疑会影响着软骨修复的能力.通过参阅近年来国内外有关OA软骨修复的文献,并对参与软骨修复或对软骨修复有促进作用的因素进行总结分析.结果发现OA的体液代谢环境中雌激素、细胞因子、蛋白水解酶等在软骨修复过程中具有重要的调节作用.因此,在未来研究OA软骨修复的实验中应考虑体液代谢对于软骨修复的影响,在实验中加人体液代谢环境的干扰因素,以便更有效地评价软骨修复效果.

Osteoarthitis(OA) is a chronic disease,with the degradation of cartilage as its key feature.Body fluid metabolism of the patients is closely related to the progress of OA,which,in no doubt will affect the ability of cartilage repair.Review and analysis of recent literatures about the research on cartilage repairing in OA in terms of promoting factors show that estrogen,cell factors and cytokines and so on in body fluid metabolism of the OA patients play important roles in regulating the process of cartilage repair.Thus in the study of treatment of OA,attention should be paid on the effects of body fluid metabolism and factors of metabolism environment is to be considered in the assessment of cartilage repairing.
