目的 探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗混合痔的临床疗效及应用价值.方法 回顾性分析对照组(外剥内扎)和观察组(PPH)的临床资料.结果 观察组术后精细控便功能良好71例(76.3%).尚可17例(18.3%),较差5例(5.4%),疗效明显优于对照组.对照组术后精细控便功能良好48例(51.6%),尚可24例(25.8%),较差21例(22.6%).观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 吻合器痔上黏膜环切术安全、有效,恢复快,住院时间短,是痔疮手术治疗中一种微创手术.

Objective To explore the stapling hemorrhoid on the mucosal resection (PPH) mixed hemorrhoid treatment efficacy and value. Methods Aretrospective analysis of the control group (outside the Milligan-Morgan) and observation group (PPH) of the clinical data. Results The observation group: After fine-control will be a well-functioning 71 cases (76.3%), they can still 17 cases(18.3%), poor in 5 cases (5.4%). The control group After fine-control will be a well-functioning 48 cases (51.6%), they can still 24 cases (25.8%), poor in 21 cases (22.6%). Efficacy is superior to the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Stapled hemorrhoid surgery on the mucosa circumcision safe, effective, quick recovery, short hospital stay, is a minimally invasive surgical treatment of hemorrhoids surgery .
