克隆技术是20世纪人类社会的突破性技术革命成果之一,这种技术的出现使得人们在传统两性生殖方式外多了一种选择,即无性生殖方式。这种技术一旦运用于人类社会就会打破人类几千年来形成的伦理观念和法律制度,会引发众多的伦理和法律问题：生殖性克隆会打破传统生育模式,造成社会关系的混乱,损害人的尊严,造成对人和社会的伤害。因此从伦理和法律上否定生殖性克隆技术的运用是十分必要的。

Cloning technology is one of the breakthrough technologies of mankind in the 20th century and its emergence offers a second choice—asexual reproduction besides the traditional gender reproduction.If this technology is applied to human society it will break the ethical concepts and legal systems accumulated in thousands of years history and trigger off a series of ethical and legal problems.It will break the traditional fertility patterns,send off social chaos,damage human dignity,and do harm to people and society.Therefore,it is highly necessary to say no to the application of asexual cloning technology.
