根据苦味酸钾(KP)水溶液呈亮黄色和KClO4水溶液呈无色这一特点,用分光光度法测定了KP-KClO4点火药中KP的含量,讨论了测试条件,研究了苦味酸钾的吸光度与百分含量的关系.结果表明: 测定KP-KClO4点火药中KP含量的方法简便,可行,使用该方法得到的实验结果的不确定度和误差分别为0.2%和1.3%.

When potassium picrate (KP) and KClO4 are dissolved in water, the solution obtained is bright yellow for the former and colorless for the latter in appearance. With the help of this characteristic, the content of KP in KP-KClO4 ignition composition is determined by spectrophotometry analysis. The determining conditions is discussed, and the relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of KP is also studied. Results show that the uncertainty and the inaccuracy of the experimental data are 0.2% and 1.3%,respectively, which indicate that the method of determining the content of KP in KP-KClO4 ignition composition is convenient and feasible for the system.
