作为大学毕业后依然滞留学校的一个群体,校漂族形成的原因有多个方面：弱势群体、社会经验不足、就业难、恋校、考研等,这一系列因素共同导致了校漂族的形成。校漂生活对其个人产生了一系列影响,其工作及工作经验、婚恋家庭、世界观、人生理想等一系列事项都被迫滞后,受到影响。校漂生活对家庭、学校、社会等都产生了一定的负担。他们理应早日上岸,找到自己在社会生活中的合适位置。
