目的:探讨临床护理干预在乳腺癌改良根治术患者中的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析52例行乳腺癌手术患者的临床资料,所有患者都采用全程的临床护理干预措施.结果:所有患者住院10-19 d,痊愈出院.结论:乳腺癌患者实施护理干预的关键是进入患者的角色中去理解和体察,做好术前、术中、术后的护理,做到有的放矢,才能获得治疗及护理的理想效果.

목적:탐토림상호리간예재유선암개량근치술환자중적응용효과.방법:회고성분석52례행유선암수술환자적림상자료,소유환자도채용전정적림상호리간예조시.결과:소유환자주원10-19 d,전유출원.결론:유선암환자실시호리간예적관건시진입환자적각색중거리해화체찰,주호술전、술중、술후적호리,주도유적방시,재능획득치료급호리적이상효과.
Objective: To investigate the clinical nursing intervention in breast cancer patients with modified radical mas-tectomy results. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 52 breast cancer patients with routine chnieal data of all patients using the entire process of clinical care interventions. Results: All patients hospitalized 10～19 d, cured and discharged. Con-dusion: The implementation of nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer is the key to the role of patients to un-derstand and appreciate good preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care, be targeted in order to obtain treatment and care of the desired effect.
