采用自制的千分表线膨胀仪,测定了AZ91D镁合金加热温度与膨胀量的关系,并通过同归分析求得AZ91D镁合金在特定加热速度下的膨胀量与温度的关系式,进而求得在特定的加热速度下AZ91D镁合金的线膨胀系数与温度的关系式,丰富了镁合金的物性参数数据,而且为镁合金的其他研究与应用提供了理论参考依据.
採用自製的韆分錶線膨脹儀,測定瞭AZ91D鎂閤金加熱溫度與膨脹量的關繫,併通過同歸分析求得AZ91D鎂閤金在特定加熱速度下的膨脹量與溫度的關繫式,進而求得在特定的加熱速度下AZ91D鎂閤金的線膨脹繫數與溫度的關繫式,豐富瞭鎂閤金的物性參數數據,而且為鎂閤金的其他研究與應用提供瞭理論參攷依據.

The temperature-expansion curves of AZ91D magnesium alloys is measured with the home-made line-expand apparatus.The temperature-expansion formula of AZ91D magnesium alloys is acquired by linear regression analysis.And line-expand coefficient-temperature formula of AZ91D magnesium alloys is obtained,Physical parameters of magnesium alloys are enriched by the experimentation,it provides basic foundation for other research about magnesium alloys.
