介绍了4具海豚的骨骼标本制作工艺,对制作骨骼标本的脱脂方法、脱脂剂选用和漂白方法进行对比试验,总结出新的脱脂技术和工艺.结果表明:选用浓度为95%的工业酒精作为制作海豚骨骼标本的脱脂剂较为合适;经煮制后的骨骼不用经过干燥或晒干过程,直接在酒精中脱脂,并在2%~3%H_2O_2溶液中漂白,其效果更好.
介紹瞭4具海豚的骨骼標本製作工藝,對製作骨骼標本的脫脂方法、脫脂劑選用和漂白方法進行對比試驗,總結齣新的脫脂技術和工藝.結果錶明:選用濃度為95%的工業酒精作為製作海豚骨骼標本的脫脂劑較為閤適;經煮製後的骨骼不用經過榦燥或曬榦過程,直接在酒精中脫脂,併在2%~3%H_2O_2溶液中漂白,其效果更好.

This paper deal with the art of skeleton manufacture of four dolphin's specimen.New techniques were set up by comparison of different skeleton defat methods.selection of detat solvent and bleaching method.The Results showed that 95% industrial alcohol solution as the defat solvent was suitable for the dolphin's skeleton.Besides putting skeleton directly into alcohol solution for defatting and bleaching in 2%~3%H_2O_2 without dryness or insolation by sun is better.
