在研究了管壳式换热器管板三维建模方法和自动布管原理的基础上,使用Visual Basic 和Microsoft Access对SolidWorks进行二次开发,采用系统参数化建模和程序参数化建模相结合的方法对管板进行三维参数化建模.同时,利用修改工程图参考的方法实现了工程图的自动绘制.软件具有良好的适应性、人机交互性及扩充性,提高了设计效率和质量.
在研究瞭管殼式換熱器管闆三維建模方法和自動佈管原理的基礎上,使用Visual Basic 和Microsoft Access對SolidWorks進行二次開髮,採用繫統參數化建模和程序參數化建模相結閤的方法對管闆進行三維參數化建模.同時,利用脩改工程圖參攷的方法實現瞭工程圖的自動繪製.軟件具有良好的適應性、人機交互性及擴充性,提高瞭設計效率和質量.

Three-dimensional modeling method of tube-sheet and principle of auto-arranging for shell-and-tube heat exchanger are investigated. SolidWorks is re-developed with Visual Basic and Microsoft Access. System parameterized modeling and program parameterized modeling methods are combined to accomplish parametric modeling. Automatic engineering drawing is created with the method of modifying engineering drawing reference. The software has good adaptability, human-machine interaction and expansibility. Moreover, the research methodology can improve the efficiency and quality of design and it will be benefit to the development of the three-dimensional design of heat exchanger.
