为解决南水北调中线北京段工程长距离引水线路穿越地貌、地质条件复杂,现有地质资料研究程度不足的难题,在前期地质勘察工作中,依据遥感地质理论,利用卫星TM图像结合已有航片等资料和较少的野外工作,通过ICPS微机图像处理系统,实现了遥感图像处理与资料综合运用、地质信息提取和计算机制图,完成了北京段遥感工程地质综合解译、分区评价及大比例尺遥感工程地质图,满足了工程急需.

To solve the problems such as the long water transfer distance under the complicated topographic and geological conditions, lack of the studies made on the existing geological data, etc. for the Beijing-section of the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the comprehensive application of the remote sensing image processing with the existing data, the extraction of geological information and the computer aided drawing are realized through the ICPS computer image processing system with TM satellite images integrated with the existing aerial photos and less field work based on the remote sensing geological theory during the prophase geological investigation of the project, and then the comprehensive remote sensing geological interpretation, regional evaluation and large-scale remote sensing geological map are completed for the Beijing-section of the project;which have met the urgent need of the project.
