本文给出有助于提高烟草制丝线电子皮带秤可靠性的几项措施，涉及机械结构的改进和采用新的系统方法。在机械结构上，比较分析新结构提高皮带秤可靠性的原理并给出相关的受力分析；在系统方法上，给出符合可靠性理论的着重于重量采样环节和速度采样环节的可靠性措施，利于烟草行业用户对电子皮带秤的理解和选购。

This paper presents some measures about enhancing the reliability of electronic belt scale in tobacco primary processing line, involving improving mechanical structure and adopting a new system method. In the aspect of mechanical structure, this paper analyzes the principles of the new structure to improve the reliability of electronic belt scale and the relevant force analysis are given; in the aspect of system method, this paper proposes the measures which meet the reliability theory and focus on the links of weight sampling and speed sampling, By this way, tobacco industry users can understand and purchase electronic belt scale easily.
