丝聚蛋白在表皮含量丰富,主要存在于表皮的最外层,对表皮的屏障功能起着重要的作用.近年的研究发现,寻常性鱼鳞病及特应性皮炎的发病与丝聚蛋白的编码基因Flg有明显的相关性.Flg失功能突变使表皮丝聚蛋白表达减少或缺如,导致表皮的屏障功能受损,使环境中的变应原、刺激物等易于进入表皮,继而引起各种病理生理变化.
絲聚蛋白在錶皮含量豐富,主要存在于錶皮的最外層,對錶皮的屏障功能起著重要的作用.近年的研究髮現,尋常性魚鱗病及特應性皮炎的髮病與絲聚蛋白的編碼基因Flg有明顯的相關性.Flg失功能突變使錶皮絲聚蛋白錶達減少或缺如,導緻錶皮的屏障功能受損,使環境中的變應原、刺激物等易于進入錶皮,繼而引起各種病理生理變化.

Filaggrin, which is abundant in epidermis and mainly localized in the outer layer of epidermis, plays an important role in the barrier function of epidermis. It has been evidenced that the development of ichthyosis vulgaris and atopic dermatitis is associated with the coding genes of filaggrin. The loss-of-function mutations in filaggrin gene may lead to the absence or decreased expression of epidermal filaggrin, barrier function damage, easier entry of environmental antigens and stimuli into epidermis followed by various pathophysilogical changes.
