[目的]针对奶水牛饲草料不足及营养缺乏的现状,开展了不同饲草料组合配方对奶水牛产奶量及养殖效益的研究。[方法]试验设3个不同的饲草料配方处理组,每处理组供试摩杂奶水牛10头,试验正试期100 d,对正试期内的投入及产出进行了养殖效益分析。[结果]紫花苜蓿配方组(紫花苜蓿鲜草15 kg/头+混合精料2 kg/头+稻草2 kg/头)每头牛的日产奶量和养殖净收益分别达到6.174 kg/头和17.35元/d,高于多花黑麦草配方组和玉米青贮配方组。[结论]紫花苜蓿营养价值高,适口性好,能有效提高奶水牛的产奶量及养殖效益,适宜在云南乳牛业生产中推广利用。

【Objective】The study on milk yield and feeding benefit was carried out by feeding different compounded fed to milk buffalo according to the current situations of fed shortage and nutrient lack.【Method】There were 3 different compound fed treatments including 10 heads F1of Murrah×local buffalo in each treatment.The culture benefit was analyzed according the input and output during the 100-day trail period.【Result】The daily milk yield and net income were 6.17 kg/head and 17.35 yuan/h in Medicago sativaco group(fresh Medicago sativa 15 kg + compound fed 2 kg + rice straw 2 kg/h/d),which were significantly higher than that of Lolium perenne group(fresh Lolium perenne 15 kg/h/d + compound fed 2 kg/h/d + rice straw 2 kg/h/d) and corn silage group(silage 15 kg/h/d + compound fed 2 kg/h/d + rice straw 2 kg/h/d).【Conclusion】Medicago sativa had high nutrient value and nice palatability,which could effectively increase the milk yield and feeding benefit of dairy buffalo.It could be extended in Yunnan dairy cattle industry.
