BRAQWET%Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductors%Band structure
A theoretical basis of optimally designed BRAQWET is presented. The optimum parameters of MgZnSSe/ZnSe BRAQWET are obtained by the calculation of band-structure according to the depletion approximation.
