为了给礼法的生成与运行提供一个坚实的理论基础,荀子以人性统一为前提,以"性伪之分"为逻辑起点,以"性伪之合"为理论归属,论证了礼法产生的必要性、可能性,揭示了礼法运行的人性机制,彰显了先秦儒家礼法与人性关系的内在逻辑,从而主张以礼法来节制人们的欲望、约束人们的行为,从而建构相应的法制秩序。
為瞭給禮法的生成與運行提供一箇堅實的理論基礎,荀子以人性統一為前提,以"性偽之分"為邏輯起點,以"性偽之閤"為理論歸屬,論證瞭禮法產生的必要性、可能性,揭示瞭禮法運行的人性機製,彰顯瞭先秦儒傢禮法與人性關繫的內在邏輯,從而主張以禮法來節製人們的欲望、約束人們的行為,從而建構相應的法製秩序。

Xunzi assumed human nature to be unified,and based on this assumption and the logic that nature and pretention are divided as well as the theory that nature and pretention may be combined,this paper illustrates the necessity and possibility for law of manners to come into being.It is held that this can reveal the mechanism of law of manners,highlight the inherent logic for the relationship between the law of manners of pre-Qin Dynasty Confucianism and human nature,and contribute to advocating the proposition of restraining human desire and conduct.In turn this research is conducive to a theoretical foundation for the generation and operation of law of manners.
