兰渝铁路梅岭关高风险瓦斯隧道设计为客货共线双线隧道,隧道进出口高瓦斯区设置平导。隧道主要采用台阶法开挖、装载机配合自卸汽车出碴运输,以巷道式通风为主的施工方法。文章以该隧为例,主要介绍车载瓦斯监控系统的组成、工作过程及应用效果。实践表明,只要采取切实可行、有效的瓦斯监控手段,洞内采用安装了车载瓦斯监控系统的施工机械设备也能保证施工安全。

The Meilingguan Tunnel with the high risk of gas of the Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway is a dual-line passengers-and- freight railway. At the inlet and outlet ends of the tunnel, which are located in the high gas district, level pilot shafts are pro- vided. The tunnel is mainly dug by means of the bench excavation method, with loaders in collaboration with dump trucks used for clearing out and transporting slag, and the shaft ventilation as the main ventilation means. With the above-mentioned tunnel as a practical example, the composition of the auto-carried gas-monitoring system, its working process and its application effects are elaborated in the paper. Practice shows that so long as the construction machinery with auto-carried gas-monitoring systems attached is used inside the tunnel with practical and effective gas-monitoring measures taken, the safety of construction can be fully ensured.
