为了更好地调动当前大学生的学习积极性和成才内驱力，需要借鉴网络游戏对玩家的有效激励规则，围绕建立科学有效的目标激励体系、健全以学生为本的过程激励机制、完善以行为归化为目标的负向激励措施、提升激励结果的公平性等，不断加强大学生激励机制的创新、提升大学生激励工作的实效性。
為瞭更好地調動噹前大學生的學習積極性和成纔內驅力，需要藉鑒網絡遊戲對玩傢的有效激勵規則，圍繞建立科學有效的目標激勵體繫、健全以學生為本的過程激勵機製、完善以行為歸化為目標的負嚮激勵措施、提升激勵結果的公平性等，不斷加彊大學生激勵機製的創新、提升大學生激勵工作的實效性。

To better motivate college students＇ inner drive for study and personal development,the effective motivation mechanism of online games for players can be referred to. The combination of a scientific and effective objective--creation--system, a sound students--oriented motivation mechanism in whole process of students＇ cultivation, complete motivation measures aiming at behavior domestication, as well as an improved justice of motivation consequences may contribute to the innovation of motivation mechanism and the enhanced efficiency of motivation measures for college students.
