采用药典法提取4个药材市场红豆蔻中的挥发油,并用GC/MS法测定挥发油的成分和相对含量.结果表明,4个药材市场红豆蔻挥发油含量均符合药典标准,其化学成分基本相同;广西玉林红豆蔻所含挥发油总量最高,山东鄄城红豆蔻所含挥发油总量最低.
採用藥典法提取4箇藥材市場紅豆蔻中的揮髮油,併用GC/MS法測定揮髮油的成分和相對含量.結果錶明,4箇藥材市場紅豆蔻揮髮油含量均符閤藥典標準,其化學成分基本相同;廣西玉林紅豆蔻所含揮髮油總量最高,山東鄄城紅豆蔻所含揮髮油總量最低.

The volatile oil in Alpinia galanga L. that from 4 different medicinal material markets was extracted by pharmacopeia method, and the constituents and relative content of volatile oil was determined by GC/MS. The results showed that the content of volatile oil in Alpinia galanga L. from 4 markets were all accorded with standard the standard of pharmacopoeia, and their chemical constituents were basically identical. The total amount of volatile oil in Alpinia galanga L. from Yulin of Guangxi was the highest, and that in Alpinia galanga L. from Juancheng of Shandong was the lowest.
