By discussing the configuration and working principle of the detector, and the modular electronic system of the He-3 semiconductor sandwich spectrometer, the main two origin reactions which make up the measured signals were presented. In comparison with multi-foil activation technique, a spectra-de-composition method using SAND-Ⅱ algorithm was introduced, and its feasibility was also theoretically verified by a numerical experimentation in the latter part.
