采用激光熔覆技术制备了纳米金刚石减摩涂层,对熔覆层的组织形貌、硬度、摩擦性能等进行了实验研究,探讨了熔覆层减摩机理.结果表明,熔覆层耐磨性能比基体提高61.4%;熔覆层中含有大量金刚石相,提高了熔覆层的硬度,提高了熔覆层自润滑性及耐磨性,细化了熔覆层晶粒.
採用激光鎔覆技術製備瞭納米金剛石減摩塗層,對鎔覆層的組織形貌、硬度、摩抆性能等進行瞭實驗研究,探討瞭鎔覆層減摩機理.結果錶明,鎔覆層耐磨性能比基體提高61.4%;鎔覆層中含有大量金剛石相,提高瞭鎔覆層的硬度,提高瞭鎔覆層自潤滑性及耐磨性,細化瞭鎔覆層晶粒.

The nano-diamond anti-friction layer was prepared by laser cladding method. The microstructure, hardness and friction property of the cladding layer was studied and the anti-friction mechanism of the cladding layer was discussed. The results show that the wear resistance of the cladding layer is improved by 61.4% compared with the matrix. The hardness, self-lubricating of the cladding is enhanced by adding nano-diamond into the Fe based cladding powders and the grain of the cladding layer is refined.
