从地域保护范围、质量技术要求、地理标志产品专用标志的使用等方面,介绍涪城麦冬、襄麦冬的国家地理标志产品的保护现状,分析了其中存在的主要问题:1)保护地域范围限定太小,尤其是襄麦冬,不利于区域专业化发展;2)未能充分利用"地理标志产品专用标志";3)只有地方性质量标准,未建立国家质量标准;4)襄麦冬尚未注册相应的地理标志商标;5)麦冬中仅涪城麦冬获得国家食品药品监督管理局中药材GAP认证.同时探讨了麦冬道地药材的国家地理标志产品的发展对策,提出相应的建议.

Fucheng and Xiang Ophiopogon japonicus are crude drugs and national of products geographical indications. The paper introduces the current situation of protection of two national of products geographical indications from aspects of regional protection range, quality technological demand and special symbol use of the geographical symbol product, points out the main problems of the small limited range of their protection region, especially for Xiang Ophiopogon japonicus, utilization of special symbol of national of products geographical indications, establishment of national quality standard, corresponding geographical symbol brand of Xiang Ophiopogon japonicus and GAP approval of Xiang Ophiopogon japonicus, discusses the development countermeasures of Fucheng and Xiang Ophiopogon japonicus and puts forward the corresponding suggestion.
