目的:调查大理市某幼儿园教室内空气细菌污染情况并探讨其与幼儿呼吸道疾病发生的关系。方法:采用自然沉降法.对学前班、大班、中班和小班共4间教室,对教室内空气中的细菌总数和溶血性链球菌数进行检测;在采样1周后对幼儿患呼吸道疾病情况进行追踪调查,并应用统计学分析。结果:教室内空气中细菌总数合格率为50%;4间教室内空气中均无溶血性链球菌检出;各班级间幼儿患呼吸道疾病的患病率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);幼儿呼吸道疾病的患病率与教室内空气中的细菌总数的量无相关关系(P〉0.05)。结论:大理市某幼儿园部分教室内空气仍存在细菌污染,应加强幼儿园教室内空气卫生治理。

목적:조사대리시모유인완교실내공기세균오염정황병탐토기여유인호흡도질병발생적관계。방법:채용자연침강법.대학전반、대반、중반화소반공4간교실,대교실내공기중적세균총수화용혈성련구균수진행검측;재채양1주후대유인환호흡도질병정황진행추종조사,병응용통계학분석。결과:교실내공기중세균총수합격솔위50%;4간교실내공기중균무용혈성련구균검출;각반급간유인환호흡도질병적환병솔차이무통계학의의(P〉0.05);유인호흡도질병적환병솔여교실내공기중적세균총수적량무상관관계(P〉0.05)。결론:대리시모유인완부분교실내공기잉존재세균오염,응가강유인완교실내공기위생치리。
Objectives: To investigate indoor air bacterial contamination of a kindergarten in Dali, and to explore the its relationship with the incidence of respiratory disease of young children. Methods: Natural sedimentation method was applied to detect total bacterial count and hemolytic streptococcus of indoor air in 4 classrooms including the classroom of pre-school, top class, middle class and bottom class in the kindergarten. Tracking survey of respiratory, disease on children was conducted in 1 week after sampling and analyzed statistically. Results: The pass rate of total bacterial count was 50% in air of all classrooms, hemolytic streptococcus was not detected. There is no significant difference in morbidity rates of respiratory tract infection among children with different grades after statistical analysis (P〉0.05), and statistical analysis also showed that there is no significant difference between the morbidity rate of respiratory tract infection of children and the total bacterial count of indoor air (P〉0.05). Conclusion: There were still bacteria contamination of indoor air in part of kindergartens in Dali City, management of air sanitation should be improved.
