采用超声波分散法对纳米TiO2/Al2O3混合液进行分散,以吸光度表示其分散性;选用最佳分散工艺制得纳米TiO2/Al2O3分散液,用浸渍法对中密度纤维板表面进行处理,结果表明:改性处理后的中密度纤维板及胶合板的甲醛释放量的下降率分别为22.2%和28.6%;而磨损量比未处理板材下降了19.0%和50%。

The nano-TiO2/Al2O3 mixed solution was dispersed by ultrasonic method,and the dispersity was expressed by absorbency: The surface of the MDF was dealed with dipping method by best nano-TiO2/Al2O3 dispersing solution. The results show that the decline rate of the formaldehyde which released from treated MDF and plywood is 22.2% and28.6%; the decline rate of wear extent is 19.0% and 50%.
