The typical and existing synchronous mechanism were analyed. The principle of NC and typical components(incremental optical encoder and servo motor driver) were applied. A new synchronous mechanism design method is proposed. This design method is simple and straightforward. Its layout of the overall structure is flexible and convenient. It will be popularized in the mechanical structure design.
