探讨铅和乙醇联合作用对雄性大鼠生殖内分泌的影响。方法:雄性大白鼠54只,体重(207±17)g,采用2×3析因设计方法随机分为9组,每组6只,1次/d灌胃,5次/周,连续4周,染毒期满断头处死,取血做T、FSH、LH及血铅的分析。结果:染毒组与对照组比较,T值降低,FSH、LH、血铅增高(P<0.01),联合染毒组与各单独染毒组(除B组T值)比较差异有显著性(P<0.01、P<0.05);铅、乙醇及二者联合分别对3项内分泌指标及血铅的影响有显著性意义(P<0.01、P<0.05);逐步回归显示血铅与FSH、LH呈正相关关系,与T呈负相关。结论:铅和乙醇联合作用对雄性大鼠生殖内分泌激素T、FSH和LH水平变化有明显的增毒作用。

탐토연화을순연합작용대웅성대서생식내분비적영향。방법:웅성대백서54지,체중(207±17)g,채용2×3석인설계방법수궤분위9조,매조6지,1차/d관위,5차/주,련속4주,염독기만단두처사,취혈주T、FSH、LH급혈연적분석。결과:염독조여대조조비교,T치강저,FSH、LH、혈연증고(P<0.01),연합염독조여각단독염독조(제B조T치)비교차이유현저성(P<0.01、P<0.05);연、을순급이자연합분별대3항내분비지표급혈연적영향유현저성의의(P<0.01、P<0.05);축보회귀현시혈연여FSH、LH정정상관관계,여T정부상관。결론:연화을순연합작용대웅성대서생식내분비격소T、FSH화LH수평변화유명현적증독작용。
To investigate the combined effects of lead and ethanol on male reproductive endocrine of rats. Methods: Fifty four Wistar rats were divided into 9 groups randomly. One group was given with
steamed water as control, and the other groups were administrated respectively with lead and/or ethanol at differ ent concentrations by ip for four weeks. At the end of fourth week after dministration, the male rats were sacri ficed. The analyses of FSH, LH, T and lead was undertaken. Results: Compared with control rats , the level of FSH, LH and lead were higher, but T was lower(P<0.01). Especially in all the combined experimental groups,
FSH as well as LH and lead was significantly higher; whereas except B group, T was significantly lower than those of the lead or ethanol alone one(P<0.01 or P<0.05). ANOVA analysis indicted that lead and ethanol have interaction on the above indices(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The multiplr linear regression showed that there
was positive linear correlation between blood lead and FSH or LH and negative linear corelation between blood lead and T. Conclusion:There were notable combined effects of lead and ethanol on the level of reproductive en docrine hormone in male rats.
