对五味子的抗氧化和抑菌作用进行了综述，结果表明现有的研究成果不能确定五味子抑菌成分，其抗氧化和抑菌作用机理也不明了，需要更深入的研究．同时对五味子在医药、保健品、食品等方面的应用进行了展望．

The antioxidant and antimicrobial effect of Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill. were reviewed. The results showed that antibacterial component of Schisandra chinensis （ Turcz. ） Baill. was uncertainty, and antioxidant and antimicrobial mechanism of Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill. were unclear at present. It was very necessary to conduct in-depth study. The prospects of Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill. applied in medicine, health products, food were put forward, too.
