目的:探讨玉屏风散预防小儿反复呼吸道感染(简称反复呼感)的疗效.方法:治疗组给予玉屏风散加味治疗,对照组百令胶囊治疗.结果:治疗有效率90.0%、对照组仅63.3%,有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:玉屏风能增强免疫功能,较有效地预防小儿反复呼感.
목적:탐토옥병풍산예방소인반복호흡도감염(간칭반복호감)적료효.방법:치료조급여옥병풍산가미치료,대조조백령효낭치료.결과:치료유효솔90.0%、대조조부63.3%,유현저차이(P<0.05).결론:옥병풍능증강면역공능,교유효지예방소인반복호감.
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng powder for preventing infantile repeated respiratory infection.Methods:60 cases of infants with repeated respiratory infection were treated with Yupingfeng powder.The controls were treated with Bailing capsule.Results:The effective rates were 90.0% and 63.3% respectively in case group and control group.The difference is significant between two groups.(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yupingfeng is effective to prevent infantile repeated respiratory infection and can improve infantile immunologic function.
